Abstract

How policies in the field of crime control and import policies from a penal system, requires a data assimilation and adaptation in sociology, social contexts, cultural and welfare of the importing country. In line with this objective in the present study In addition to collecting data from existing sources and research literature From the survey method and interview tools and questionnaires With the statistic community including 1) trial judges 2) enforcement judges 3) convictions suspended and Also study and review of 122 cases sent to one of the branches of the Criminal Sentences Enforcement within one month Use and after three steps of coding, statistical tests and frequency distribution table design, Data analysis was conducted to examine the challenges and strategies for using this institution
