In a law-abiding society, issuing documents represent the extent of that society's adherence to justice and fairness by the ruling judicial system. Controlling and monitoring the legal implementation of this process, which is crystallized in issuing documents, is one of the duties of the judiciary. This duty is done through the supervision of the Supreme Court on the Talley Court. The main challenge and problem of the article is the issuance of undocumented and unsubstantiated opinions by some judges. The writing of a well-reasoned and documented document by the Tali Court enables the Supreme Court to monitor and evaluate the operation and decision of the Tali Court in such a way that the obligation and commitment of the judges to "reasoning" and "citations" in issuing the document and its justification, It is the most important guarantee that the advanced legal systems seek to institutionalize to control and monitor the documents issued by the judicial courts. The purpose of the present research is to explain the methods of supervision and control over the documents issued by the Tali Court by the Supreme Court. The method of the present writing is descriptive-analytical, which was made using library resources.
