Abstract

Despite the efforts of jurists and lawyers to explain the relationship between man and his "mode of domination" to his own members, there remain ambiguities about the theoretical foundations of human relations with members of his body. This article seeks to answer the question that, as Maker (the victim) relies on the killer (slave) on his killing and says, "If I punctuate you, I will kill you".
