Abstract
The removal of rational and distorted elements on the one hand and the examination of the components involved in the correct understanding of the legal differences between men and women play a significant role in understanding the philosophy of differences and in responding to critics. The rationale elements that are discussed in this article are: misconceptions, ignorance of the rules of command, lack of familiarity with the science of interpretation, a historical perspective on religion or its teachings, and the perceived reformability of humanity; first, these elements must be seen as glasses Influenced critics and, in the next step, by examining the components involved in the correct understanding of the legal differences between men and women, gave a true and realistic look; Considering the inherent characteristics of men and women in the legal system of Islam, paying attention to the wisdom of divine justice in these differences, paying attention to the fact that the principle of the law, its inclusion in all times and places and conditions, the accuracy of the emphasis of Islam on a healthy and clean society And finally, looking at the result of the hard experience experienced by human beings throughout history and the bitter fate of Western women as a result of being away from the divine legal system are components that can give them an honest understanding of the legal differences between men and women in Islam.
