The Islamic Law Journal publishes only original research articles that present innovative scholarly findings in various fields of Islamic law. Submissions must be based on the author’s own research achievements and prepared in analytical or comparative frameworks.

Authors are kindly requested to carefully review the Author Guidelines prior to submission.

To prevent academic misconduct and plagiarism, all submitted manuscripts are screened for textual similarity through the Samim Noor similarity detection system prior to publication.
