Abstract
Invoicing is a method of financing in which a seller transfers his receivables to a third party to handle, receive, or to give discount. In full agency, almost all receivable accounts from the sale of goods and services are purchased by the agent under normal circumstances, and the customer (exporter) is provided with a quick access to cash, which the agent agrees to receive or receives the interest of financing, and the settlement between the agent and the customer is considered from the date of the agency contract or when the deal is done with a proper percentage discount, on the due date or when the agent succeeds to Collect all funds from buyers of goods and customer service.
