These directions are 1- defining and identifying the concept of description. 2- Planning the place of conflict and disagreement between the experts. 3- How to argue and the reasons of the proponents, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the problems proposed by the opponents of the existence of a concept for words that include description. 4- Adaptations and application of the concept of definition in solving jurisprudential and legal issues. The result of this article, which was written in a descriptive analytical method and using library data, is that the existence of a concept for propositions containing a description depends on proving the exclusive involvement of the description in the sentence and its involvement as a precautionary clause. It is not related and the aforementioned confusion caused problems in the four mentioned directions. مفهوم وصف از اقسام مفهوم مخالف به نحوی در میان صاحب‌نظران علم اصول اعم از امامیه و اهل سنت مورد طرح و بررسی قرار گرفته که از چهار جهت مورد نقد و اشکال در این مقاله قرار گرفته است. جهات مزبور عبارتند از 1- تعریف و شناسایی مفهوم وصف. 2- طرح محل نزاع و اختلاف میان صاحب‌نظران. 3- چگونگی استدلال و دلایل اثبات کنندگان از یک سو و از سوی دیگر اشکالات مورد طرح از سوی مخالفان وجود مفهوم برای کلام مشتمل بر وصف. 4- تطبیقات و کاربست مفهوم وصف در حل مسائل فقهی و حقوقی. برآیند این مقاله که به روش تحلیلی توصیفی و با استفاده از داده-های کتابخانه‌ای به نگارش درآمده، اینکه وجود مفهوم برای گزاره‌های مشتمل بر وصف، به اثبات دخالت انحصاری وصف در حکم منوط بوده و به دخالت آن به عنوان قید احترازی مربوط نمی‌شود و خلط مزبور موجب اشکال در چهار جهت مورد اشاره گردید. https://hoquq.iict.ac.ir/article_713262_5f8f4ddb360669749790d8f58df93eb2.pdf
