Criminal occupations mean continuous activities for which a person is paid and has corruption and harmful consequences for the individual and society, and therefore can be criminalized and punished. It is one of the important topics that needs much research in the field of criminal science; This article tries to examine this issue with a descriptive-analytical method and based on library sources from the perspective of criminology and Islamic teachings. The findings of the study indicate that although criminologists differ in explaining what criminal occupations are, they describe characteristics such as regular and continuous set of activities, income , harm to the individual and society, and prestige as characteristics of criminal occupations. ..In explaining why these occupations are theories that are more with a sociological approach; But there is still room for theorizing in this regard; This issue becomes especially important when we study it from the perspective of Islamic teachings, because Islamic teachings consider human behavior not from the perspective of mere material and worldly benefits or harms, but with a comprehensive view of material, spiritual, worldly and otherworldly affairs. Therefore, the nature and why of criminal occupations are examined from a broader perspective..<br /><br />Keywords: criminal occupations, criminal profession, criminal profession, criminology, Islam مشاغل مجرمانه به معنای فعالیت های مستمری که فرد در ازای آن دستمزد می‌گیرد و دارای مفاسد و پیامدهای زیان‌باری برای فرد و جامعه و از این رو قابل جرم انگاری و مجازات است از جمله مباحث مهمی است که در حوزه علوم جنایی جای واکاوی فراوان دارد؛ این مقاله می‌کوشد ابعاداین مهم را با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و براساس منابع کتابخانه‌ای از منظر جرم‌شناسی و آموزه‌های اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار دهد. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که هرچند جرم‌شناسان در تبیین چیستی مشاغل مجرمانه،اختلاف نظر دارند ولی ویژگی هایی همچون مجموعه منظم و مستمری از فعالیت ها ، درآمدزا بودن ، زیانباربودن برای فرد و جامعه و دارابودن پرستیژً را به عنوان اوصاف مشاغل مجرمانه بیان می کنند ..در تبیین چرایی این مشاغل نیز نظریه هایی که بیشتر با رویکرد جامعه ‌شناختی است ارایه کرده اند ؛ اما همچنان جای نظریه‌پردازی در این خصوص وجود دارد؛ این مسئله، به‌خصوص زمانی که از منظر آموزه‌های اسلامی مورد مطالعه قرار دهیم اهمیت بیشتری می یابد زیرا آموزه های اسلامی رفتارهای انسان را نه از منظر صرف منافع یا مضرات مادی و دنیوی بلکه با نگاه جامع به امور مادی و معنوی و دنیوی و اخروی مورد توجه قرار می دهد.از این رو چیستی و چرایی مشاغل مجرمانه از منظر وسیع تری مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد <br /><br />واژگان کلیدی: مشاغل مجرمانه، حرفه جرم‌زا، حرفه مجرمانه، جرم‌شناسی، اسلام https://hoquq.iict.ac.ir/article_246789_e7c0343fa9fa6d10fe62d4277f8b749d.pdf
